Marilyn started out with a 31 year career as an Emergency Room RN, first in California then in Maui, Hawaii since 1990. In 2001 she pursued her later in life desire to start a career in Real Estate. She was number 3 in a company of 65 for productivity her first year as a licensed agent. She has continued to be a top producer since that time. In 2006 she received her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation, an Aloha Aina Award nomination and her Brokers license. She has been the Principal Broker of her own business. She also has served & is currently on Realtor Association of Maui's Education Committee and is the Co-Chair for 2008 General Membership Meetings for RAM. She recently conceptualized and completed along with RAM's Ed. Committee, Realtors With Heart, where CPR certification was offered & obtained to interested RAM members. All of these attest to the fact that she is highly motivated, good at multi-tasking and have satisfied clients return and refer her continued business.
Marilyn is happily married to Dr. Marcus Griffin, M.D. and is blessed with 5 grown children. She finds great joy in helping people obtain their homes. She prides herself and attributes her success in her real estate career to the high standards and work ethics she adheres to. Life is too short to not have fun, work hard and be the best at what you do……just ask an ER nurse/Realtor.

Scott Nashiwa R(S)

Scott was born and raised in Wailuku on the island of Maui. His family established its family name during the sugar plantation days in old Paia town. Rooted in Nashiwa camp, Nashiwa Bakery later expanded to Wailuku, where Scott was introduced to the business world.
In 1995, Scott began his real estate career with Herbert K. Horita Realty and established himself in residential sales. He assisted in the promotion and sales of Ka'Ono'Ulu Estates development. While there, he was named Maui's Top Producer for 1996. Following the closure of Herbert K. Horita Realty on Maui, Scott moved on to The Greens at Maui Lani where he was involved with sales and quality control of the first phase of the master-planned community. Today, he continues to provide individuals and families with the highest quality service to achieve their real estate goals.
Along with his wife Ellen and two children, Scott lived in the San Francisco-Bay Area for eight years. It was a memorable time of meeting new people, skiing in the Sierra Mountains, and tasting foods from all over the world. Being in Silicon Valley, Scott was intrigued by the technology industry which motivated him to obtain an A.A.S. in Information Technology. However, he spent most of his time experiencing Ground Operations at Southwest Airlines, one of Fortune Magazine's "Best Companies to Work For in America". His experience there will never be forgotten. Scott has returned home to Maui to give his children a chance to experience the uniqueness of Hawaii.

Leslene K. Lopez R(S)

Born and raised here in Hawaii, Leslene is a fourth generation resident of Maui. Proud to call the Valley Isle her home, she believes there is truly no where else in the world where one can find such a warm culture with strong family traditions.
Her parents, Ken and Char Nomura instilled integrity, great work ethic and compassion in every aspect of life. Passing that down to her children Jaysen, Jarren, Jordan and Raine are a few of the valued life lessons she and husband, Jason strive for.
A graduate of H.P. Baldwin High School, Leslene continued helping her alma mater by volunteering in various sports organizations for Baldwin and other youth programs such as Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Maui.
Past life skills include hotel management, work as a child care provider and presently a real estate professional. She finds joy and great satisfaction in helping members of our community find a place to call their own. Getting to know her, you will find Leslene to be someone easy to talk to and genuine. Jeremy Zane R(S)

Jeremy was born & raised in the Philippines, a Mass Communication graduate who worked for one of the biggest Media Network in the Philippines, ABS-CBN. She worked as a F.M. Disc-Jockey & Television host for 3 years before moving to Maui in 2001. Now, she calls Maui her home where she lives with her Husband and two Girls ages 3 & 6.
In 2003, she got her real estate license and fell in love with this profession because she loves helping people. Helping is one of her passion. This is the reason why she was the Top Producer in 2007. To broaden her knowledge in Real Estate, she worked for D.R. Horton in 2008 on the new project NA HOKU at MAUI LANI.
She speaks fluent English, Tagalog, Ilokano & Pampanggo. If you need an agent with a heart, she’s the perfect person to work with. She makes sure that every client gets the highest quality of service. Her family is her priority, and every client for her is family. |
